Free Initial Consultation

I offer a free 15-minute consultation to help you decide if I am the right therapist for you. This can be done on the phone or via email in a safe, confidential space for you to see if you're comfortable starting therapy with me. It's chance for you to ask any questions that you have or any worries that you'd like to raise.

Individual Therapy

Our sessions will be 60 minutes long, unless you have pre-arranged a longer appointment. I offer 60 minute sessions undertaken weekly, or bi-weekly to start with as it's important to stay committed at the beginning of our journey together.

Hourly prices - £55 per hour, reduced to £50 per hour if booked in 4x weekly slots.

Relationship Therapy

Sessions for couples will be a minimum of 90 minutes charged at £80. If booked in a block of 4 sessions, prices will be dropped to £75 an hour.
